Extreme 21 blackjack makes the dealer hit until he wins or the hand busts, therefore there can be no pushes. Blackjack and all the other wins pay 1 to 1. This is a no-hole card game, which means dealer’s second card is dealt only after all players finish playing their hands. Doubling allowed on any number of cards, can double after split.
