Face Up 21 Blackjack
In Face up 21 blackjack both dealer cards are dealt face up. Blackjack ties are won by the player, all other ties are won by the dealer. Blackjack pays even money. Splitting is allowed only once. The game is usually played with 8 decks of cards. Doubling is allowed only on 9, 10 and 11. No surrendering allowed.
