A deck is Ace poor when it has fewer Aces left in it than it is statistically likely. The way to find out the quantity of Aces (the deck can be Ace poor and Ace rich) in the deck is by using the Ace side count. As soon as the player knows the deck is Ace poor he can turn to Ace adjustment.
