Blackjack for Students

Most casino games are social kinds of entertainment which means that gambling is not only the possibility to escape routine but also a perfect way to learn to communicate with other people and maintain friendly relations. Really, modern young people prefer to spend much time on the Internet and seem to forget completely about live communication. For most people online chatting is the only method to keep in touch with their friends and relatives. In addition, online games replaced other real entertainments. Schoolchildren and students refuse to leave their rooms as all they need can be found on the Internet. With the aim to escape such unhealthy trend the Student Government Association and Student Programming decided to organize the Homecoming in the form of Casino Night.

The first Casino Night was free and the students played for fake money. This event really brought something new to the students' communication.

The event was in fact organized by the students. Some of them were dressed as the dealers and explained the rules to those willing to play. As there were no real money prizes a special lottery prize was awarded at the end of the evening.

The organizers of the Homecoming reached their goal as most students attended the event not only to gamble but also to have a rest and communicate with friends.
