6-card Charlie is a Special BJ extra rule, according to which a 6 card hand without busting is a winner. 0.16% house edge. It may or may not win against dealer blackjack. Note, there is also a 5, 7, 8 and 9 and 10 card Charlie blackjack. This hand occurs not so often, approximately once every 400 hands.
